Adult AI Video From Your Own Photos: The Consent Rules

On Nureta you can make an adult AI video from your own photos under one clear rule: up to 2 face photos, only of adults who have consented to adult content, meaning yourself or a partner who explicitly agreed. Photos are optional: Nureta is also pure text-to-video, so a story or script alone produces a video, and with or without photos videos run up to about 3 minutes. Public figures, exes, anyone who has not consented and anyone under 18 are prohibited by the content policy. This guide sets out exactly what is allowed, what is prohibited, what Nureta checks, and why the line sits where it does.
Nureta is the No.1 unfiltered NSFW AI video platform, trusted by 50,000+ users. Text to video and image to video, up to 3 minutes.
Which photos can you use to make an adult AI video?
You can use up to two face photos per video, and every person in them must be an adult who has agreed to appear in adult content. In practice that means two cases. The first is yourself: your own face, cast as a character in a scene you pick or write. The second is your partner, spouse or another adult who has given you explicit, informed agreement to use their face for adult AI video. Before any photo is used, you tick a checkbox confirming that you are 18 or older, that the faces are your own or you have consent to use them, and that you understand the result is adult, AI-generated video. Generation is blocked until your age is confirmed, and videos made with photos are private by default, visible only to you unless you choose to share them.
Photos are optional. Without them, every scene is performed by fictional adult characters, which is how most people use Nureta. Photos are simply a way for consenting adults to star in their own fiction.
Who is off-limits?
The prohibited list is just as specific. You may not upload photos of public figures or celebrities, including actors, streamers, influencers and politicians; of an ex-partner, even if you still have photos from the relationship; of friends, coworkers or neighbours; of strangers or people whose pictures you found online; of anyone who has not explicitly agreed; or of anyone under 18, in any context. Fictional minors are prohibited too, whatever the art style.
Nureta also does not offer face swap onto existing footage, undress-style tools or deepfakes of real people, and its content policy prohibits them, because their main use is to sexualise someone who never agreed.
What happens if someone breaks the rules?
Several checks sit on the path. Generation is blocked server-side until you confirm you are 18+, and before any photo is used you confirm that the faces are yours or that you have consent. Public figures are prohibited by policy, and reference photos are screened: a photo flagged as a celebrity, a public figure or a copyrighted image is rejected, and you are asked for a different, personal photo. There is no automated age check of photos and no screening of text prompts, so the rest rests on the policy and on reports. Nureta's own catalog scenes are curated; anyone can report a video or creator scene, and videos, scenes and accounts that break the policy are removed, with violations counting toward a strike system. Content involving minors is prohibited and reported to NCMEC where required.
It is worth being honest about what software cannot know. No tool can confirm from a photo alone that your partner said yes. That is why the consent confirmation is a promise you make, and why misuse is treated as a serious policy violation rather than a technicality. If you are not certain you have consent, do not upload the photo.
Why is consent the rule?
Sexual imagery of a real person made without their agreement causes real harm, whether it was filmed or generated. It can damage relationships, careers and mental health, and a growing number of jurisdictions treat non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated ones, as illegal. A platform that let anyone upload anyone would be building a tool for exactly that harm.
Fiction is different. A fictional adult character has no one to harm, and your own face is yours to use. Consent from every real person depicted is the single test that separates a couple's private experiment from abuse. For the wider argument, see our guide Consent and AI Adult Content: Why Fictional-Only Matters.
What does real consent from a partner look like?
Good consent is explicit, informed and specific. Explicit means a clear yes, not silence or a guess. Informed means your partner knows what the tool does: it generates adult video using their face, and the video can be kept private or shared. Specific means they agreed to this use, not to photography in general, and ideally to the kind of scene you plan to make.
Consent can also change. Agree in advance that videos stay private, which they are by default. If your partner later changes their mind, delete the videos: you can remove individual videos, or delete your whole account from Account settings, which erases your videos, photos and profile. Our guide AI Video for Consenting Couples covers the practical side.
Prefer not to use a real face?
Many people never upload a photo. The catalog of about 200 ready-made scenes across roughly 30 categories, from anime to romantic story, is performed by fictional adult characters, and a custom scene can describe any fictional adult character in words. Your first video is free with no card (with Google sign-in; it carries a small Nureta watermark, and paid videos have none); after that a 5-second video is $1.29, and payment is USDC on Base only.
If you build on the Nureta Developer API, the same rules apply to its up to 9 reference images: consenting adults only, no public figures and no minors.
