Welcome to Nureta ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using nureta.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use Nureta. By signing in or using the Service in any way, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You must confirm you are 18 or older before generating, and our servers enforce this confirmation. If you upload a face photo, you confirm that everyone shown is a consenting adult; photos that look like a celebrity or public figure are rejected automatically. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate termination.

2. Nature of the Service

Nureta is an AI video generation platform that produces adult-oriented, AI-generated content. All videos created through the Service are entirely synthetic and AI-generated. They do not depict real events, real sexual acts, or real footage of any kind. You acknowledge that the Service produces fictional, AI-generated material and that you are solely responsible for how you use and distribute any content generated through the Service.

3. Your Account

You can create a Nureta account by signing in with Google or by connecting a cryptocurrency wallet. If you use a wallet, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys; we do not store your wallet credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User-Uploaded Content & Face Photos

Users may upload zero to two (0-2) face photos per video generation. When you upload photos to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the photos or have the legal right to use them.
  • The person depicted in the photos is you, or you have obtained the explicit, informed consent of every identifiable person in the photos for their likeness to be used in AI-generated adult video content.
  • Every person depicted in the photos is at least 18 years old.
  • The photos do not contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and temporarily store the photos solely for the purpose of generating your video. Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create, upload, or generate any content depicting, involving, or referencing minors in any context whatsoever. This includes any attempt to generate content using photos of individuals under 18.
  • Create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition that results in immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement (NCMEC and applicable authorities).
  • Create non-consensual intimate or sexual content -- using any person's likeness without their explicit consent.
  • Create deepfakes of real persons intended to deceive, harass, defame, or defraud.
  • Create content depicting extreme violence, torture, or gore.
  • Create content promoting hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Use the Service for political manipulation, fraud, or deception.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our moderation systems, age verification, or content filters.

6. Payments & Credits

Nureta operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased using USDC on the Base network via the x402 protocol. We accept cryptocurrency payments only -- no fiat currency, credit cards, or traditional payment methods are supported.

Payment Terms

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Prices are displayed in USD equivalent. The actual payment is settled in USDC on the Base blockchain.
  • You are responsible for any network (gas) fees associated with your blockchain transactions.

Failed Generations

If a video generation fails for any reason, including a content policy block, the credits used for it are automatically refunded to your account balance. No support ticket is needed.

7. Creator Marketplace

Nureta operates a creator marketplace where registered creators can upload video scenes for other users to generate content from.

Creator Terms

  • Scenes are published to the marketplace without prior review. Creators are responsible for their scenes; any scene can be reported, and scenes that break the Content Policy are removed.
  • Scenes must comply with our Content Policy and all applicable laws.
  • Revenue split: creators receive 80% of net revenue generated from their scenes. Nureta retains 20%.
  • Payouts are processed in USDC to the creator's registered wallet address.
  • Nureta reserves the right to reject, remove, or delist any scene at any time for policy violations, quality concerns, or legal reasons.
  • Creators are responsible for ensuring their scenes do not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate any applicable laws.

8. Video Storage & Retention

Generated videos are stored for 30 days from the date of creation. After 30 days, videos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. Download your videos within this period to keep them. We are not responsible for videos lost after the retention period expires.

9. Content Removal & Takedowns

Because all content on Nureta is AI-generated rather than user-uploaded video, traditional DMCA procedures do not directly apply. However, we maintain a robust takedown process for AI-generated content:

  • Identity takedowns: If your likeness appears in AI-generated content without your consent, email [email protected] with the video URL, proof of identity, and a statement that the content uses your likeness without consent. We review and act on verified identity-takedown requests as quickly as we can.
  • Intellectual property: If you believe a scene or generated content infringes your intellectual property rights, email [email protected] with a description of the claimed IP, the infringing content URL, and your contact information.
  • General reports: Every video page includes a Report button. You can also email [email protected].

10. Termination & Strike System

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Content Policy. Violations are handled through a progressive strike system:

  • Strike 1 -- Warning: Content removed. Notification explaining the violation.
  • Strike 2 -- 7-day suspension: Account access restricted for 7 days. Content removed.
  • Strike 3 -- Permanent ban: Account permanently terminated. Remaining credits forfeited.

Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban without prior strikes, and will be reported to law enforcement including NCMEC where applicable.

Upon termination for any reason:

  • Access to your account will be revoked immediately.
  • Remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Generated videos associated with your account will be deleted.
  • Creator scenes will be delisted from the marketplace.

11. Intellectual Property

Nureta, its logo, and all associated branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our marks without prior written permission. Scenes, model configurations, and platform technology are proprietary.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, the quality or accuracy of generated content, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may contain artifacts, imperfections, or unexpected results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nureta, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to Nureta in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nureta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content generated using your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
