Content Policy

Nureta is an adult AI video generation platform. All content produced by Nureta is entirely AI-generated. No real sexual acts, real footage, or real video of any person is created, stored, or distributed through this Service. This policy defines what is and is not allowed. Violations result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance. Any attempt to create, upload, or distribute the following will result in immediate action:

  • Minors / CSAM: Any content depicting, involving, referencing, or sexualizing anyone under 18 in any context whatsoever. This includes AI-generated content that depicts fictional minors. Every person in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older, and you confirm this when you upload; uploading a photo of anyone under 18 is prohibited and results in an immediate permanent ban. Violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Non-consensual content: Using any person's likeness to create sexual, intimate, or adult content without their explicit, informed consent. This is the single most important rule on Nureta. If the person in the photo did not consent to appearing in AI-generated adult content, you may not upload their photo.
  • Real-person deepfakes without consent: Creating realistic AI-generated sexual or intimate content of real, identifiable individuals without their consent, regardless of whether the individual is a public figure or private person.
  • Violence and gore: Graphic depictions of violence, torture, mutilation, or bodily harm. Content depicting sexual violence, rape, or coerced acts.
  • Hate speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Deception and fraud: Content created to deceive, defraud, or manipulate. This includes political deepfakes, fake news, impersonation for financial gain, blackmail, or any content intended to be presented as real footage of real events.
  • Illegal activity: Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates illegal activities under applicable law.
  • Bestiality: Any content depicting sexual acts involving animals.

2. All Content Is AI-Generated

Every video produced by Nureta is 100% AI-generated synthetic media. No real sexual acts occur. No real footage is captured or used. The Service works in two ways: text-to-video, which generates a video from the user's written story alone, and image-to-video, which uses up to 2 photos of consenting adults supplied by the user to cast the characters. Either way it produces a fully synthetic AI-generated video. The output is fiction. It is critical that users and the public understand this distinction.

AI-Generated Content

All videos produced by Nureta are entirely AI-generated and fictional. They do not depict real people or real events. Misrepresenting Nureta content as real, or as depicting a real person, violates this policy and our Terms of Service.

3. Celebrity & Public Figure Content

Generating sexual or intimate content using the likeness of real celebrities or public figures is not permitted. Nureta automatically blocks uploads that appear to depict a recognizable public figure. All Nureta output is AI-generated fiction and must not be presented as real.

However, celebrity and public figure content must comply with the following:

  • No sexual content of public figures. You may not generate sexual or intimate AI content using a real celebrity or public figure's likeness.
  • Content must not be used to spread false information or create political deepfakes.
  • Content must not be used for harassment, defamation, or threats.
  • Content must not be presented as real footage.

Celebrities and public figures (or their authorized representatives) may request fast-track removal of content featuring their likeness. See "Reporting & Takedowns" below.

4. Face Photo Consent Requirements

When uploading face photos, you affirm under our Terms of Service that:

  • The person in the photo is you, or you have obtained the depicted person's explicit, informed consent for their likeness to be used in AI-generated adult video content.
  • Every person depicted is at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal right to use the photo (you own it or have a license to use it).
  • The consent you obtained (if applicable) specifically covers the use of the person's likeness in adult, AI-generated content -- not just general photo consent.

Uploading photos without proper consent is a serious violation of this policy. We may request proof of consent at any time.

5. Scene Guidelines for Creators

Creators who upload scenes to the Nureta marketplace must adhere to the following:

  • Scenes appear in the marketplace without prior review. Any scene can be reported, and scenes that break this policy are removed by Nureta.
  • Scenes must not be designed to produce content that violates any section of this Content Policy.
  • Scenes must not infringe on third-party intellectual property (copyrighted characters, logos, trademarked material).
  • Scene titles, descriptions, and preview images must accurately represent the generated output.
  • Scenes must not contain hidden prompts or configurations designed to circumvent moderation systems.
  • Nureta reserves the right to reject, remove, or delist any scene at any time for quality, policy, or legal reasons.

6. Reporting & Takedowns

Every video page includes a Report button. All reports are reviewed by our team.

Identity Takedowns (Fast-Track)

If you find AI-generated content on Nureta that uses your likeness without your consent, you can request a fast-track takedown. Identity takedown requests are prioritized and processed as quickly as possible. Email [email protected] with:

  • The URL of the video(s)
  • Your name and proof of identity (government-issued ID with photo)
  • A statement that the content uses your likeness without your consent

Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe a scene or generated content infringes your intellectual property rights, email [email protected] with a description of the claimed IP, the URL of the infringing content, and your contact information.

General Reports

For other policy violations, use the Report button on any video page or email [email protected].

7. Strike System

Violations are handled through a progressive strike system:

  • Strike 1 -- Warning: Content removed. Notification explaining the violation and the specific policy section breached.
  • Strike 2 -- 7-day suspension: Account access restricted for 7 days. All content removed. Notification with details.
  • Strike 3 -- Permanent ban: Account permanently terminated. All content deleted. Remaining credits forfeited.

Immediate permanent ban (no prior strikes required): CSAM or any content involving minors, credible threats of violence, fraud, or repeated non-consensual content. These violations are reported to law enforcement including NCMEC where applicable.

8. Moderation Pipeline

Nureta combines automated checks with human review:

  • Photo checks: You may upload face photos only of consenting adults, and you confirm that consent when you upload. Photos that look like a celebrity, public figure or copyrighted image are automatically rejected before any video is generated.
  • Scenes: Nureta's own catalog scenes are curated by our team. Creator scenes are not reviewed before publishing; they can be reported and are removed when they break this policy.
  • Age confirmation: Generation is blocked on our servers until you confirm you are 18 or older.
  • Human review: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team.

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal the decision. Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address or wallet address you sign in with (account identifier)
  • The specific action you are appealing (content removal, suspension, or ban)
  • Your explanation of why the action was in error
  • Any supporting evidence

We will review appeals within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome. Appeals of permanent bans for CSAM or minor-related content will not be considered.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or community feedback. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or prominent notice on the Service.
