How Nureta Handles Consent and Age

Adult AI only stays responsible if two things are never in doubt: everyone involved is an adult, and no real person is depicted without their consent. Nureta is built around those two commitments from the ground up, rather than bolting them on afterwards. Those commitments cover both of Nureta's modes: text-to-video, where a story alone creates fictional adults with no photos needed, and image-to-video, which accepts up to two photos only of adults who have consented — each up to about 3 minutes. This guide explains, plainly, how the platform approaches age and consent — the 18+ gate, the fictional-by-default design, what you affirm before you create, and the lines the product simply will not let you cross. It describes Nureta's responsible-use posture; it is not legal advice.
Nureta is the No.1 unfiltered NSFW AI video platform, trusted by 50,000+ users. Text to video and image to video, up to 3 minutes.
Two commitments: adults only, consent always
Everything about how Nureta handles consent and age comes back to two commitments. First, it is for adults, by adults, depicting adults — a strictly 18+ product with no room for anyone underage on either side of the screen. Second, it generates fictional characters from your story by default, and a real person can only appear through a reference photo of an adult who has consented to adult content.
Those two rules are not separate features; together they close off the two situations that make adult AI harmful — sexual content involving a minor, and sexual content of a real person made without consent. Keep both commitments intact and the whole category of harm has nowhere to enter.
A strict 18+ gate, on both sides of the screen
Age matters in two directions, and Nureta treats both as non-negotiable. The platform is for adults 18 and over, and every character generated must be an adult too — nothing that is, or is meant to appear, underage is ever permitted. This is the one line with no exceptions, no artistic carve-out, and no "but it's fictional" defense.
Sexual depictions of minors are illegal essentially everywhere, whether filmed or fully synthetic, and no responsible platform treats that line as negotiable. You must confirm you are 18 or older before generating, and generation is blocked server-side without that confirmation; the content policy also prohibits fictional minors, which is why the rule sits at the foundation rather than as a checkbox at the end.
Consent: every real person must have agreed
For invented characters, consent is not a question — a fictional person is no one, so there is no one to agree or to be harmed. The consent question only appears when a real, identifiable person would be involved, and then that person must have agreed to appear in adult content: you yourself, or an adult partner who explicitly said yes.
That is why the rule is simple and strict. You can add up to 2 reference photos, and each one may only show an adult who consented to adult content — yourself, or a partner who explicitly agreed — backed by an explicit consent step at the point of upload. No one can consent on someone else's behalf, so an ex, a coworker, a public figure, or anyone who hasn't agreed is never allowed, no matter the context.
What you affirm before you create
Because these rules only mean something if they are actually confirmed, the responsible posture is to make them an explicit affirmation rather than fine print. In practice that means confirming you are 18 or older, and confirming at upload that any reference photo shows an adult — you or someone else — who has consented to adult content.
The aim is to encode those limits into the product so the default path is the compliant one — you do not have to know the law to stay on the right side of it, because the safe choice is the one the product is built around. Affirmation turns a policy into a decision the person actually makes at the moment of creating.
Lines the product will not let you cross
Posture is only credible when the product enforces it, so the design itself rules out the risky paths. Nureta generates fictional characters from your story by default and offers no face-swap onto existing media, no celebrity-likeness, and no "undress a photo" feature — the exact tools people misuse to target real people are simply not there to reach for. Public figures are prohibited by the content policy, and reference photos that look like a celebrity or public figure are rejected automatically.
On top of that, Nureta's own catalog scenes are curated by the team, creator scenes can be reported and are removed when they break the policy, anyone can report a video, and violations lead to strikes and, where required, reports to NCMEC. If you want to create, do it responsibly on the create page with fictional characters or the consented likeness of an adult; if you ever see content that targets a real person, use the report path rather than engaging with it.
