AI Video for Fanvue and Fansly: Rules and How-To
6 min read

You can post AI-generated video on Fanvue if you label it clearly as AI and follow its rules on real people and age. Fansly is stricter: its help center says photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed, while non-photorealistic virtual creators can apply after ID verification. This guide sums up both sets of rules as checked on 7 November 2026, explains the consent rules that apply everywhere, and shows how to make the video with Nureta, an 18+ AI video platform. Rules change, so read each platform's current pages before you post.
Nureta is the No.1 unfiltered NSFW AI video platform, trusted by 50,000+ users. Text to video and image to video, up to 3 minutes.
What Fanvue allows for AI content
Fanvue's Help Centre says AI content is allowed if it is clearly disclosed: you must make clear that the media is not real and was made with AI, and never tell fans you are a real person if your account is fully AI. Its Community Guidelines list a watermark, a caption, an accompanying message or a bio statement as ways to disclose. AI content must also follow the rest of the Community Guidelines; anything not allowed as real content is not allowed as AI content either.
Real people and age are the strict parts. Fanvue says not to post AI content that looks like a real, identifiable person unless that person is verified and has given documented consent, and not to post AI content made from other people's photos or videos. AI characters must look clearly adult, and a prompt, caption or stated age does not override how the content looks. Content is checked with what Fanvue calls a Reasonable Person's Test; breaking the rules can lead to removal, a warning, payouts held during review or, after repeated failures, a permanent suspension.
What Fansly allows for AI content
Fansly's help article on AI-generated content, last updated on 8 July 2026, says photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed, and that labeling it as AI does not make it permissible. The Terms quoted in that article prohibit, without Fansly's written authorization, photorealistic or lifelike content substantially generated by AI, including deepfakes, face-swapped content and synthetic media designed to look like real humans, and any content that presents AI-generated material as an authentic human performance.
Fansly does let you apply as a non-photorealistic virtual entity. You still register with your real legal identity and pass the standard ID verification, then run the account under your virtual persona once approved; co-performers, even voice-only ones, must be verified too. Fansly also prohibits impersonating anyone without explicit consent, and any AI content that depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive context. In practice, if you want to post AI video on Fansly, plan for a clearly non-photorealistic style, such as anime, and apply first.
Consent and age: the rules that apply everywhere
Whatever platform you post on, use photos only of people who agreed, and only of adults. On Nureta, a photo may show only an adult who agreed to adult content, such as yourself. On Fanvue, the simplest case is that the person in the photo is you, the verified account owner; anyone else must be verified and give documented consent. Never use a photo of a real person who did not agree, a public figure, or a photo taken from someone else's account.
Characters must look clearly adult in every frame. Fanvue judges by how content looks, not by what a caption or prompt says, and Fansly bans AI content that sexualizes minors. Nureta prohibits minors, including fictional minors, non-consensual content, real people without their consent and public figures, and it rejects photos that look like a celebrity automatically.
How to make a post-ready AI video with Nureta
1. Sign in at nureta.ai with Google, and confirm that you are 18 or older. 2. Paste a scene or a short story, or pick one of 300+ ready-made scenes. 3. Choose a style: realistic, or anime if you post on Fansly as a non-photorealistic creator. 4. If you want your own face, add up to 2 photos of yourself; Nureta keeps the same face in every scene. 5. On the confirm step, choose the length, the resolution and the aspect ratio: 9:16 suits phone feeds and 16:9 suits widescreen. 6. Pay with credits or USDC on Base, then download the result.
A few details matter for posting. Paid videos have no watermark; the free first video carries a small Nureta watermark, so use a paid video for your page. Videos can be downloaded for 60 days after they are made, so save the ones you plan to post. If one clip comes out wrong, Fix a part remakes only that clip. Add the AI label each platform asks for before you post, and read Nureta's terms and each platform's rules before you sell any video.
What it costs to make content regularly
Prices are linear in seconds. A 5-second video costs $1.29 at 480p, $2.58 at 720p or $3.87 at 1080p. In credits, 480p uses 2 per second, 720p uses 4 and 1080p uses 6, so a 15-second 1080p clip is 90 credits and a 1-minute 480p video is 120 credits. Credit bundles are $3.79 for 30 credits, $7.99 for 80, $15.99 for 170 and $39.99 for 440, with no subscription and nothing that renews.
If you make a lot of content, the Nureta Developer API offers 480p to 1080p, pinned first and last frames, per-shot storyboard control and webhooks, billed per second from a prepaid balance; API pricing is separate from the app. A common routine is to test an idea at 480p, then make the version you will post at 720p or 1080p.
